VISA INFORMATION

• Entry to conference venue requires prior approval from Government of India, which is a time taking process. Therefore, registration for overseas delegate is open till 30th Sept, 2023 only. There will not be any provision for spot registration.
• E-visa (including e-business visa) are not allowed at conference venue. All overseas delegates are advised to obtained regular Business or Conference visa and get same stamped in the passport from the respective Indian Missions.
• Conference Invitation letters will only be sent automatically once your registration and payment has completed.
• For those who require a visa, please note that the Organizing Committee has no control over the visa application process, or the decision of the visa adjudicator in the embassy or consulate. The conference cannot be responsible for actual visa issuances. The process length varies from individuals, you’re strongly advised to start your application as soon as you can.
• Should your application be denied, we cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, nor will we engage in discussion or correspondence with the MOFA or the Embassy on behalf of the applicant.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

• Conference Registration is mandatory for all the delegates
• Photo ID is mandatory for all Delegates for Security Reasons to enter the Conference Area.
• Please ensure to wear a registration badge (Bar/QR Coded) in the conference area.
• Registration is non-transferable
• PG Students will have to submit a no-objection letter from HOD-Head of the Department/Institute
• Please mention your registration number in all future correspondence with Conference Secretariat
• For spot registrations: Payment will be accepted only by mode of cash/card. The disbursal of the delegate kit for the same will be subject to the availability.
• Delegate kit would be handed over only to the registered delegate.
• Entry of the Associate Delegate may be restricted to certain areas at the venue of the Event
• Organizer will not be responsible for any date change of the conference and any loss or theft of personal belongings
• 3% Bank charges will be applicable for registration
• Please provide your AMPI membership number if applicable
• Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays /failure of deliver by post or failure of electronic communication

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

• Cancellations request should be made in writing and sent to ICMP-2023 Secretariat - secretariat@icmp2023.org
• Cancellations request received till 30th September, 2023 will be entitled for only 80% refund of the registration amount paid.
• Cancellations request received during from 01st to 31st October, 2023 will be entitled for only 50% refund of the registration amount paid.
• No refund for cancellations request made after 1st November, 2023.

The refund process will begin only 30 days after the completion of the conference.

*WhatsApp or SMS for the cancellation to any committee members will not be considered.
